Prof. Santosh C. Thorat An authorised structural engineer and site supervisor certified by TMC and BMC. Also Member of Indian Society of Structural Engineers (ISSE) working near about 2 decades of commendable success almost in all disciplines in Civil Engineering fields like: Preparing Design and Drawings, Structural Auditing, Planning, Coordination with team members and higher authorities, Quantity Estimation, Billing, Tendering, Conducting Lectures in Engineering colleges, Interior Design, Architectural Layout, Site execution, Material, Equipment & Man power Management etc.
Well versed with preparation of Structural Design and Drawings and also planning & execution of Commercial, Residential & Industrial Buildings for local and International projects on sites. Have worked in the Civil Engineering Construction projects engaged in Structural Design, Execution, Water proofing, Power plants, Bridges, Airports and Infocomm networking etc. So far designed, supervised and executed many buildings and bungalow projects independently in Mumbai, Thane, Bhiwandi, Raigad and Wada in Maharashtra. Also done quantity estimation, PMC and site inspection of the same. Done Structural Auditing with stability certification for many old Society building structures with NDT procedure in Mumbai, Thane, Dahanu and Pune.
Team Members: We have small but technically sound team of truly dedicated staff including the owner. All team members are well educated Civil Engineering professional and expert in the field. Some of them are good in Structural Design, some in Drawings and some in Structural Auditing. Gents staff with ladies all working together. All they keep on sharing knowledge and thus ensure every one’s developments.
